Pool Info
The pool is open unless the water is deemed too cold for swimming or unless otherwise deemed necessary to be closed for maintenance or other purposes.
POOL LIGHTS
Pool lights are on a preset timing schedule (behind one of the locked doors). Lights in the pool house itself are 6PM - 6AM and lights in the pool are 7PM - 6AM daily.
Homeowners are welcome to use the pool at their pleasure.
POOL CARDS
Pool cards may be purchased for $10.00 each.
Contact the HOA here to purchase pool cards.
Rules have been established and will be posted and given to each homeowner along with a pool card. Homeowners must also sign a Pool Registration & Indemnification Form for insurance purposes when purchasing a card as NO lifeguards will be used. Pool and Gate Video Camera surveillance have been installed and are recording ALL activity at the pool and gates.
An emergency phone has been installed next to the card reader. This phone is to be used for 911 calls only:
