The Pond Committee is responsible for maintenance and operations at the pond including facilities, water maintenance (chemical treatments), and other HOA responsibilities. The pond is not owned by the HOA but has use of the pond as long as we maintain it.
Mowing is completed under our contract for HOA mowing
